Dear brothers and sisters,
Pax Domini!
It is with heartfelt sadness that we share the news of the departure and separation of our brother in Christ, Bishop Dawid Pawel Plonka from Hannover, Germany, from the now-suppressed Vicariate of St. Michael the Archangel. At his own request, he has officially been Excardinated.
Due to the challenges that have recently face the Vicariate of St. Michael, some of the clergy decided to follow him and are no longer in communion with NCACUS. Though their leaving grieves us deeply, and though we have had to experience some difficulties, we are moving forward in according with the Gospel of Christ. We have not faltered amid this exodus and continue our journey to the Promised Land. We continue to pray for those who have separated themselves from us, entrusting them to the mercy and love of God. In the words of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, „Father, I pray that they might all be ONE, as you and I are ONE.”
